  • It’s all dependent on your ability to give feedback throughout the scheduled day in a timely manner. Some clients are more comfortable with making quick design decisions while others need to sleep on it. Here is an example of the ideal schedule:

  • Our Website Refresh package includes up to 3 pages. Pages can be added to their existing site or a new site with a maximum of 3 pages.

  • You bet! We can include a custom designed logo as the cherry on top of your website. Please note that our branding service is an added on cost and will be completed before your website. Inquire to learn more.

  • Yes! We use Squarespace for some online shops and e-commerce, though a more robust inventory may require Shopify. E-commerce sites can only be designed with our Website in a Week package. Please contact us to discuss the platform's capabilities and your specific needs.

  • Yes! Once we book the design week or day for you, that means we do not book anyone else. The 25% retainer fee is non-refundable to make sure that we honor the week or day(s) we've set aside just for you.

  • You get a fully implemented and launched website, one-on-one website training for you to update your website, and all the graphic files used in your website.

  • We need all of your content before we can start the project (images, website copy, etc). We'll guide you through the steps in our Brand Assignment that will need to be completed prior to the start of your design week or refresh day.
